What counts as a "location"?
Any place you work from — a clinic room, a rented treatment suite, a client's address for home visits, or a virtual session. Each one you add to your account counts.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade any time. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all patient records, appointments, and invoices as a CSV before cancelling. Data is held for 30 days after cancellation then permanently deleted.
Are SMS credits shared across staff?
Yes — the monthly SMS allowance is pooled across your whole organisation. Usage resets on your billing date each month.
Is this GDPR compliant?
Yes. Data is stored in UK/EU data centres, you control consent settings per patient, and we sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for all paid plans.
